We are thrilled you enjoy the club and want to share it with others. Please note these guidelines for bringing guests to the club. All guests must be familiar with club rules, and members are responsible for their guests at all times.

Guest Guidelines

Bring your friends and family to enjoy our pool, courts, and clubhouse. All guests must check in at the front desk and pay the applicable guest fee upon arrival.

Party Reservations

Miami Hills is proud to offer our picnic shelter for rental and large group use. Each summer, many of our members reserve our picnic area (under roof on the east side of the clubhouse) for end-of-year celebrations, birthday parties, scout troop parties, and much more.

Your reservation includes the large brown picnic tables, ice, cold storage for food or desserts, and full use of the club facilities. Members are responsible for their groups and must remain present during party hours.

Reservations are done in 4-hour blocks. Members may arrive a half hour early to set up and we ask that all cleanup is completed by the designated end time. Party fees are paid in two parts: the reservation fee to hold the space and the guest fee for each guest on the day of the party.

The Party Reservation calendar is in the Manager’s office. Please check with the Manager on Duty before booking. The calendar is limited to one party at a time and club activities will take precedence over reservations.

Party Reservations

Pick up a Party Reservation Form at the front desk or download it from the Forms tab on the website.

Check Availability

Call the office and ask the manager to determine the days and times available for your party.

Submit & Sign

Fill out the registration form completely — both the member and manager must sign and date.
When the reservation form and fee is received by the manager, it will be placed on the master calendar.

Reservation Fees

This fee holds your reservation and books your party on the club’s master calendar. Includes total number of all people attending (both members and guests).
10-20 People$50
21–50 people$100
51–75 people$150
If more than 75 people attend, an additional $50 fee will be assessed and is due the day of the party.

Party Guest Fees

To be paid the day of the party. Guests can pay individually or the member can pay for everyone once all guests have arrived. Please notify the Front Desk.

Reservation Fees

Up to 150 people from 9 PM – 12 AM. Please see the Club Manager for details. Lease Agreements for “Pool Rental” parties can be picked up from a Manager on Duty.
